For the past 7 years, I have been combining information about cooking and nutritional healing for a holistic approach to well-being.

I place an emphasis on self-acceptance, self-empowerment, intuitive eating and creating delicious and healing foods based on your specific needs. Using tons of information about different eating and nutrition concepts, and a lot of creativity with chemical-free, whole food recipes, I hope that you'll be inspired to acknowledge and continue to expand the experience of being in your body, and how it relates to your life as a whole.

My services are available for a one time project (dinner party or event) or ongoing weekly personal chef duties.I also offer healthy cooking classes in your home to you and your friends.

I have over 15 years of experience teaching about self care and over 7 years experience as a personal chef.

All food preparation is done in your kitchen.
